Pennsylvania Patients

Please make sure that we communicate by email or text prior to your visit. Working in 900 bed hospitals serving as tertiary care centers, I was able to provide care for the most complex problems and the most frail patients. But, my new role does not have same resources to effectively provide care for extreme problems since it is a much smaller, community hospital with less than 300 beds.

If you need surgical intervention that I can’t provide anymore, I want to make sure that we define that ahead of time so that you aren’t frustrated with your visit. We also need to be careful with your health insurance to make sure that it is accepted in a different state in order to reduce the chance of you getting an unexpected bill. If we communicate prior to your appointment, we might be able to save you a step by re-directing you to surgeons who can provide that type of care.
